Gas, clean bathroom, modest selection on beer, drinks and snacks. But they have a nice coffee bar here, as well as a great selection of gifts - fancy soaps and bath/body, fancy pickles, candles, stickers, syrups, all sorts of things. Owner is very friendly and it's a welcome little break on the long drive between Klamath Falls and Bend.
We stopped here for a toilet break on a very wild and wintry day in Oregon. We decided to grab a late lunch as well and had their cheeseburgers.
Staff were incredibly friendly and the place had a nice charm to it with a good sense of humour.
Absolute best food and service in central Oregon! They don't give you any flak about making a change to the menu item you order, the burgers are incredible, and the cooks are top notch people. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
The new owners are such nice folks. Always working hard, and making sure you feel comfortable. Sand Creek has just about everything you need if you're between Chiloquin and Chemult or driving through the area. If you're in the area, be sure to stop by & get some of their delicious food.
Nice doesn't do these people justice! The lady owner Gave me milk from her own kitchen for my unexpectedly adopted 3wk old puppy when I came in in desperate need, only to find that they didn't currently accept my SNAP benefit card! She was So genuinely kind & refused to allow me to pay her for it when I came back the next day, cash in hand. So we decided to order dinner Instead & let me tell you, the bacon cheeseburger was absolutely delicious & their fries OMG! The best I've had in years!
