Owner of the property is real scum and completely unhinged - we were threatened and harassed (illegal under: Or. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 496.994) at length for fishing the river adjacent to the property (100% legal).
Owner does not know and cares not to follow the law, nor follows common decency; sadly I have widely heard this is a common occurrence. I have rarely had such displeasure interacting with someone before. Avoid at all costs.
