I would really like to share how nice this park is or how much we enjoyed our stay. However we have requested information on how to return our application 4 times since Sunday with no reply, today is Thursday. I have started 6 business in my life. Sold all of them and proud 4 are still running ! I have never owned a business that was so good that I didn't need to return calls from potential customers. Guess I should have started a RV park !!
The nearby water treatment sh!thole smell is one thing.. but that really seems like a luxury compared to the folks who run this establishment. Shady business people, two faced, and lack of integrity is obvious here. 0/10 recommendations
The Manager harassed my mother after major surgery and I have it all on audio. This women needs a lesson in whats legal. I will be seeking justice but DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are scam artists and this lady violated my poor mother after she had lost her husband 3 days after they moved hoping to squeeze every penny from her. If u stay here know that MANAGER is one rude vile women and needs to learn the LAWS WORKS
My husband and I have been here for 4+ years, and really love it! Park manager, Brandi, and maintenance, Bobby, are so awesome! They do a great job, and are very friendly. We also enjoy the community of our caring neighbors, who watch over each other. The park is quiet and very clean. Great access to shopping etc.
UPDATE: We moved away over a year ago, and we miss some of the awesome folks who still live there! Nancy was kind to us, and we appreciate that! The downside that I'd like to mention is that every year that we lived at RH...(5 years)..the rent went up $40.00/yr! ...so that definitely is something to consider for some people moving in!
I stayed here for 4 months and have nothing but good things to say. Nancy, the site manager was extremely accommodating and very friendly every time I interacted with her. I had great neighbors which made the stay that much better. It’s very quiet, other than the occasional train going by. People in the park are very friendly. It’s very clean and I felt very safe living here.
