Used to live here as a kid, INCREDIBLE mountainside view of the valley, good landlords. Rough in winter but worth living in. LOVED IT!

My mom lives up there. The work crew and the landlord are always nice to my mom. They try and get any yard work done that I don't manage to get up there for.
The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance guys can be seen all the time running around taking care of everything. Quiet place to live, kids are always out and about playing.
I lived here when I was in middle school. I loved it. We only moved because there was nothing over there. Wendle and Lorna were amazing landlords. 3 days after we moved in, they redid our porch and didn't charge us. They even took my siblings and myself to the fair.
Great people and very affordable housing.
