4 sites for dispersed camping at 7300' in ponderosa forest west of Jicarilla Apache Reservation
35 miles east of Blanco via US 64 and FR 310
Nice little campground with picnic tables and toilet valet. No water. Huge trees.
No longer maintained at all. One side of the pit toilet had a door, one side did not. Toilet paper long gone so bring your own. Picnic tables deteriorated to the point of unusable. Was full of cows and cow patties. We ended up not even staying the night and moved on. Luckily we're fully self sufficient with a toilet and everything so we found an amazing dispersed site further North. (July 2019)
