The conference room is very cold which is great when it's 100° outside

They often run great programs and events for the community. I especially liked the Gas & Steam Engine Show held every April. Also look for Montgomery County Heritage Days, Bluegrass on the Farm, Harvest Festival, and Christmas on the Farm.

Never having been there, it was a tad hard finding the animals or what there was to see. We wandered around with an 18 month old and found goats, sheep, chickens on a lovely spring day.

We have been to the farm probably 10 times now and will continue to go! There are gardens to walk through, so many open fields for running, and animals to see! The chickens and pigs are our favorite. I also love that farm equipment is left out for the kids to explore. We also visit during the spring and fall seasons to see what has changed or the work that they are doing! Plenty of small planes fly over as well. Our toddlers love it!
