I come to Cooperstown for concerts and I always try to book a cabin here when I can. I absolutely love this park. Most weekends are full of people but everyone is respectful and kind. The pond is very pretty at night. I recommend this place to all my friends. If you have the chance stay here !
Booked cab 2 and the shed smelled pretty weird. Outside of the smell and moths place was pretty clean. Bathroom is very clean and sanitary.
This place is beautiful! There is constantly fun activities for all ages. Matt does a great job when it comes to hosting fun activities some weekends. My family has been seasonal for quite some time and we love it.
We stayed there the first week of August. We had our grandchildren with us. They enjoyed the gameroom, pool, swimming pool, and surrounding areas. I found it inconvenient to disconnect to empty out gray and black water. However, the owner is so kind that he did for free. I overlooked it when I booked, and I didn't have my own transfer tanks. The internet was very fast. I was able to play Netflix, Paramount, and YouTube on my TV. That saved the day since you can't get any over the air channels in that location.
The weather there is very mild at this time of the year. We saw many types of wildlife, especially deer.
The camp price is very reasonable and the permanent campers are very friendly. Last Saturday, they had a young country singer and a food truck at the main building. The people of all ages were having fun and in harmony. It's a very safe place. I enjoyed it very much and recommend this RV Resort.
So far, for us, is the best place in the area. Very peaceful. Nice owner. Decent WiFi. For our three months starting here, we had only one electrical issue and was fixed in the real time 👍
Good value for the money 💵
