Amazing experience! First time kayaking for me and we had a fantastic time. Location is convenient and the workers have such great hospitality. It was easy to check in and very laid back atmosphere. I would like to see more snack items in the check in shop and a bit of a better landing dock set up where the river run ends. We will definitely go back and highly recommend!
We had a relaxing time kayaking on the river. The owner was so kind, sweet, knowledgeable and just an awesome person.
10/10. I will rent here again if I come back to the area.
Awesome. Used Mad Musky to rent kayaks and to shuttle us to Turners Bend. Fished from Turners down to Myers Cove on Sep 24 and fished from Mad Musky launch to Myers Cove Sep 25th.
Low water both days (~140 cfs), easy float no problem. Caught a lot of small mouth, but were targeting Musky - saw a lot of musky, but anyone, that fishes for them knows they can be extremely hard to catch. Kayaks were in excellent shape and were more than adequate to handle a 2 bags of fishing equipment with drinks, etc. Owner is fantastic, friendly and super hospitable. 👌
I had fun on the water went by myslef and it was very peaceful and relaxing but when I got done my truck had a flat tire and the staff were nice enough to let use Thier jack and help me change it I unfortunately had to call a wrecker because I couldn’t get the tire off but definitely 10/10
