The cabin at South Toledo Bend State Park was exactly what we were hoping for. We had our whole family together for a week stay and enjoyed grilling, fishing, and looking for interesting rocks in the park. The sunsets were gorgeous. The peace and quiet was unsurpassable. The cabins themselves were clean and well-stocked with linens. Very comfortable for the amount of people we had. We really enjoyed the firepit outdoors at night too. It was a memorable vacation. We will be back!

First timers here. Loved it beautiful seen all kinds of wind animals. Cabins was big, spacious and nice. Only thing about the Cabins is they need to be pressured washed outside all of them. Need docks at all Cabins bc #1 sure needs a better spot to put the boat in and out and you could go out further to fish. Cabin #1 needs a better way to get your bags to the cabin without that long walk. Trash cans need to be put everywhere not just 2 in front of each Cabin. There should be a Trash can everywhere you turn and that would help keep the trash off the ground. Needs a gift shop. I love getting me and my family a shirt every where we go. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST NEED TO BRING THE FLAT BOAT TO THE PEOPLE WHERE EVER THEY ARE AND COME BACK AND PICK IT UP.

Very quiet state park in LA/TX border.

Camping was great, their premium sites are worth.

Book a campsite with wooden deck. They are really cool. Some sites has lake access.

Staffs are helpful.

Noticed the rest room doors need little cleaning. Overall it is a good place to camp, swim in the lake
