Lincoln, Montana is a small but charming town nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The town’s picturesque beauty and peaceful surroundings have made it a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts seeking adventure in the great outdoors.
Visitors can explore the nearby Bob Marshall Wilderness Area, go fishing on the Blackfoot River, or hike along the Continental Divide Trail. The area is also home to abundant wildlife, including elk, deer, black bears, and mountain lions.
Despite its small size, Lincoln has plenty to offer in terms of local amenities. In addition to the local bars and restaurants, visitors can browse a variety of unique shops and boutiques, or attend one of the town’s annual events, such as the Lincoln Rodeo or the Memorial Day ATV Fun Run. The town’s friendly locals and laid-back vibe make it a welcoming and enjoyable place to visit. Seriously one of the most beautiful campgrounds we have ever stayed at! They had a great area for our littles to play, a dog park and the views are to die for!! Check-in was a breeze and the owners were super helpful, we will definitely be back!
One of the best parks I've stayed at. Matt and Nichole are the greatest people who put their hearts into their property and you can tell. Great wifi, gorgeous bath houses, they have all the recommendations for anything you need in town or near by. If you're in the area, definitely make this a stop for you.
Very nice RV park in a very scenic place. Matt and Nichole are very friendly and helpful. The campground has the widest space between spots that I have ever seen. Bathrooms and showers are very nice and clean. The pleasant, small town of Lincoln is only a few miles away and there is plenty of access to the national forest.
We made a spur of the moment trip to Montana for Labor Day weekend and stayed at Lost Moose Meadows. The sites are huge and offer plenty of space to spread out. The views from every site are spectacular. Matt and Nichole are the best hosts, super friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and centrally located, there’s a playground for your little ones, and a dog park for the fur babies, seriously everything you need! Great base for riding SxS, there are trails everywhere and so much to see. We were not familiar with the area, and Matt had multiple suggestions for biking, hiking, riding, SxS trails and other places to explore. The park is close enough to Lincoln you can go in and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at one of the local restaurants, or a drink at one of the bars. We love Lost Moose Meadows and we will definitely be back!!
We stayed there labor day weekend and it is a beautiful 😍 campground with full hookups and very well maintained, has a wonderful dog park, fenced in of course to keep the doggies safe & secure. They have full bathroom and shower facilities and they are well kept and clean...the views are the best and excellent place to take beautiful sunset photos. Will be definitely staying there again. I highly recommend staying here..
