Very small nature center located at the fish hatchery. It has some nice displays and a big butterfly garden. You can walk into the hatchery and see the fish rearing tanks.

Quite a nice place with local nature information. There are various snakes on display, and also Prairie Dogs. There is a lovely outdoor area to walk through and there are birds on display that are local to the area and are captive due to an injury. A great chance to see them fairly close. There is also a lovely butterfly habitat in summer. The fish hatchery is right there too and interesting to walk through. A great place for the whole family.

I had the pleasure of visiting the nature center with my children and now my grandson. It's always nice to have a free venue to take the kids on a outing. My grandson had a ball. He enjoyed all the animals and the playground. He especially loved feeding the fish. And he found the Prarie dogs amusing. I hope this nature center stays open for many years to come for families to continue to enjoy.

We love coming here when we need to pass some time and get out of the house!

The nature center is Free which is an amazing resource in our community! There’s live animals, learning zone, playground, & much more! We can spend an hour or two here just exploring around an playing!

A perfect place for a small field trip with kids of different ages. Reptiles and amphibians indoors, a lot of info everywhere to read, a large bird area outside, a butterfly garden, and fish nurseries. There is also a playground, but it was very overgrown and unkempt. Not safe to play on at the time of our visit. We would go again in the future.
