Located 1 mile from Carmichael and 20 miles from Sacramento. From Hwy 80 East or West: Take the Greenback Lane Exit and follow it to Auburn Blvd. Turn right on Auburn Blvd and drive approximately 3 tenths of a mile. It will be on your right. The entrance is alongside United Auto Body.
My Nana has lived here for many years. She loved the community and activities offered in the clubhouse. She made many friends in this community. She just passed away this month so I won't be able to visit her anymore at her home in the community. She will miss all her friends. Thank you for always making her feel at home.
Interested in purchasing a mobile home. Met with the manager and he seems extremely nice and helpful. Hope I get approved

I got approved and bought a mobile home... this is a very quiet and great place to live
I'm in one of the temporary spaces, but this is an amazingly comfortable place to live. It's quiet and well maintained, I feel very fortunate to have found such a nice place.
We simply love it here! The manager, Bill, knows his stuff and takes care of business. He's created and maintains our perfect little paradise!
