Smith Lake Campground features 7 camp units, potable water, vault toilets, a boat ramp, and a day use area with 3 picnic units.
Travel north on US 95 from Bonners Ferry, Idaho to its' junction with US 2. Continue north on US 95 for 2.2 miles then turn east on the Smith Lake Road (County Road #36) for 2.3 miles to the lake and campground.
Beautiful place but lots of garbage along the shore line.
Great little campground and especially perfect for off season (Oktober)
Winter and summer fun on the lake w/ ice fishing and X Country skiing; fishing /swimming in the summer.
Extremely cute little lake and I love the day use area. Could do without the blaring music from the neighbors but overall very enjoyable.
Beautiful place to camp if you are self contained. A small lake has a floating dock for fishing and a launch for kayaks. The seven sites were well spaced and we felt fortunate to find an open spot here in July.
