About Campground

First day of my campsite, I’ve enjoyed my campers. I told them about the area and name of the monuments . I did start with 2 campsites, than continued to built more campsite. I wanted my campers to enjoy a fire pit and shower during their stay. Now we have warm shower during warmer season. We been improving our outhouse which is an outdoor restroom. An outhouse is dirt hole with no water to flush. Our campsite is very safe, I built a wooden fence around the whole campsite so horses and cows will not eat our trees and garden. Campers to feel comfortable and have some privacy to their site and during their stay. Now, Our campers guests enjoy our campsite and enjoy having them return again. We always explain to them them about our short hiking trail to the rims (Private Overlook) to see the whole valley. Its a beautiful area to take pictures for Sunrise and Sunset.

Guest can pitch a tent or park RV within the campsite having access to own picnic table and fire pit. The Campsite is 10-15 mins to the Valley View of the Famous Monuments and close to Navajo Tribal Park.

Access to Shower and Restroom (Outhouse) Very Clean.

Guest can request Navajo Taco Dinner with Navajo Tea for extra cost to enlighten their stay here in Beautiful Monument Valley. Text or Call me at 435-444-5714 to request Our Delicious Navajo Taco with Navajo Tea.

Guest can bring pets as well. We are pet friendly and have two well behaved dogs name Shina and diamond.

Wonderful view and we have amazing time here. This was our first camping and we really enjoyed a lot. Bathroom were fine, better than what we expected. Camp ground is spacious for 12 sleeper tent + 3 car parking space and some more space for camp fire and storage.

Close to Monument Valley, nice spot for sunset.

A great viewpoint over Monument Valley is reachable via short 20min hike.

Friendly staff, they also got some very nice and well behaved dogs.

We can recommend the Taco Dinner for a small extra charge.

Restroom and shower were very clean.

This place was fantastic for a middle of nowhere campground. Essentially it’s a locals Airbnb. They have a large property with nicely groomed sand/soft dirt sections for camping. Each site was labeled and provided a fire pit, running water, picnic table, and shade covering. They have a large shower house that got up to 88 degrees. The whole place was full and we could barely hear our fellow campers. The outhouse was clean and decorated. They had lights and stars on the ceiling. The camp host came and checked in to make sure all was well. I’ve camped many, many times and this place met all expectations.

We took amazing night photos of the Milky Way and took the 15 minute hike (walk) to see the sunrise over monument valley. The sunrise at the overlook was way better than going to the visitors center since we had the entire place to ourselves.

Very nice little campsite in the owners yard. Beatiful views over the valley. A little shade structure over the picnic tables. Shower with warm water was great.

We camped here one night while on a big Arizona road trip and it was my favorite place we stayed. The hosts were so friendly and the stars and scenery are surreal. The campsite amenities were perfect and the bathroom was so clean. Definitely will stay here again if I'm ever in the area.
