From jct Hwy 242 & US 20: Go 10-1/2 mi W on US 20, then 5-1/4 mi NE on Camp Sherman Rd/FS Rd 1419.
First time being there, enjoyed the peacefulness, and just being left alone to our pleasures. We had all the amenities, beautiful walks, peaceful river, horse shoes, the local store that embraces the local artists. Best of all, we had NO CELL service unless we walked a 1/2 mile to what is known as the out door phone booth. The best 4 days I have had in the past 9 years. So looking forward to doing this again.
What a great place. We stayed in room over the 4th of July weekend. Had a blast hiking along the Metolius River. Facility is clean and quiet. Staff where great always there to help. Grounds where clean as where laundry facilities. Tent camping sites too. Trails can be accessed across the street. Walking distance to the general store and a restaurant.
We stayed here in our 35ft 5th-wheel in mid-August, 2023. Camp Sherman, Oregon is one of our family's favorite places for lots of reasons, and this RV Park was in a perfect location and price-point for our needs.
Close to the Camp Sherman Store, Hola! Restaurant, the Metolius River, lots of hiking options, and great service from the personnel (Sue in particular) on making the reservations, helping us get a suitable site, and just pleasant in general.
We'll be back again, for sure!
Our room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The staff here is amazing and always made sure we had what we needed. Excellent customer service! We will most definitely be returning. 😁 Pam
