Great Amenities. Is right off a highway like ALL the other RV places in the area. After Scouting it out I learned its location is just as good or better than any in the area. Close to the river!! Monthly rent is amazing and unbeatable in the area. lived there for 6 months under new owners who improved the look of the place and the efficiency and also they only hire the nicest staff. Have never called there office and not gotten either an answer or call back right away. Allow dogs and even an area to walk them! Any Issues they are straight away to help!! Im going back there next week for military transition and just happy to know for a few months its a safe place I can have my dog and good amenities.

I live here and I love it. Rent is affordable so I can stay here until I am able to save up to buy a house. I live with my wife and 2 kids in a 40ft rv with full hook ups and 50amp power supply included in the rental cost. That alone is a steal. Because rent is so affordable, I won't take advantage of the landlord in the winter time using electric heaters. I have a nice little grass area with my own picnic table and a fire pit. S'mores everyday hell yeah! There's a dog park for me to walk my dog, BBQ area, small playground for the kids, laundry and showers, and the staff has been awesome. Strict but im okay with that. I'd rather not have any nonsense around my kids anyways. If you're looking for affordable long term year round RVing this is the place to be in Kalispell.

So far this place is really quite nice-- the lady in charge is very strict, and that's why. It's clean, reasonably quiet, and affordable, and (bonus!) very dog-friendly. I wish there was another Dumpster, though. But if that's all that's wrong here, then they've done a great job!

Roads are horrendous, not taking care of and you have to drive in circles to find a space number! Been here a few times for clients and always compacted, dirty and gives me anxiety. More people=more money sadly.
