This is a First Class Park. My first contact was with a professional and pleasant phone agent that took our reservation and made us feel welcome before we even got there. Then, pulling into the park, you could see how orderly everything was. We got there after hours, and our welcome packet was where they said it was going to be. Our site was a nice level concrete pad with plenty of space between our neighbors for the awning as well as a grass area with a clean picnic table. Each site has good electric and water, as well as septic. The power post was free of bugs, spiders, and bees, which is always a nice touch. The bathroom was super clean with great water pressure. Laundry was $2.25 for the 3 washers/3 dryers. Gorgeous pool area and a great dog park. The management obviously cares about what they do and wants their guests to feel welcome. We highly recommend EZ Daze RV Park. We would go out of our way to return.
When I checked in I went to the office and the lady was very rude by telling me in a pissed of voice, your packet is outside in the box. The camping sites are very small. We had a big motor home that came in later in our stay next to us and the slides we hanging over our patio. You can not have fires. What's camping without a fire? They said it was a city code but the campground down the street had fire rings. All the sewer rings are cut off at ground level making it hard to put your elbow on. The water lines are also very low making it almost impossible to attach your filter. The mowing crew came while we were there and blew grass all over our chairs and patio and never came back to blow it off. There is more permanent campers than travelers.
If you are looking for a 50 over place to just lay for head then this is for you. I figured it would of offered more since they charge you for bringing extra people traveling with you.
The property is very well kept. Wide paved streets and most have level sites. Easy access to I-55. Office staff, Kristy is very friendly. They have no control over the fact that when winds are from the South, the park is directly over the flight path for the Memphis International Airport. There was a continuous flow of planes taking off from 3:15-4:45a.m.
We were only looking at staying for 3 nights on our first Snowbird trip south. Unfortunately we both got sick and had to stay. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us for 3 more nights! The lovely ladies who work there even offered to get us food and other essential things to help us feel better!
If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would! Amazing place! Thank you again for everything you did for us! We will never forget the wonderful way you helped us!
My husband and I were traveling thru on our way to the Florida Keys. We had some serious RV issues that required 3 days to repair. The repairs were to the axle and tires and they allowed it to be done on site. We are forever grateful for the hosting and customer service. The park was beautiful. Clean and nice turf so no mud. Nice concrete pads. The pool area looked great but it was January. Bathrooms/showers were spotless.
