I wouldn't stay or live in Eugene Mobile Village if it were the last place available, I'd rather park in Walmart parking lot for the night. Place is ran down, water is horrible definitely do not drink the water. Manager just made excuses for the shortcomings of the property. On top of that I was sick and wasn't able to walk to pay my rent for 2 months in a row. So, I had a friend take my rent check to the office, on the second month manager tried to make my friend sign the lease because he'd dropped my rent off for me due to me being sick and unable to. Long story short the owners/managers own a few courts in the area and all are dilapidated, just as long as they get their money they do not care. Retained legal counsel early this week to have the illegal practices of Eugene Mobile Village addressed properly rather than getting excess and the run around from the management..
It's been a while since we stayed but it was a nice and quiet place to stay. It is quiet with nice people that live there. I liked that I could do my laundry on site and they were working on fixing up the grounds. My only complaint would be the office secretary lady. The main manager (lady) very nice and easy to talk to but the other was so scatter brained that it was pointless to ask her anything( which was very frustrating at times) but she was very friendly and nice.
I have been living here going on 8 years this summer. This is the only home that my two fur babies have ever known. I have seen people write bad reviews about Eugene Mobile Village. but all the reasons why they complain about the place is the reason why I'm still here. Yes they have rules and by enforce them, but that's why I can live on a street that people say is dangerous and have never had to lock my stuff up worry about my belongings getting stolen ever. It's pretty quiet around here and we have our hours from 8 till 10 at night I try to abide by them and I've had the same neighbors long enough that I can always do a sound check. So if you hear a lot of bad stuff about Eugene Village and the management. Know this that's the reason why it's safe and quiet here and as a senior 60 years old this year, I've never felt unsafe living here and that's a big deal at my age. I advise checking it out if it's a safe home you want in a trailer park.
If you have any respect for your personal belongings do not stay at this location it was the biggest dump I’ve never seen management that was so rude and unhelpful and every way possible.
We drove in turned around and left save yourself the hassle pay a little extra and go somewhere else
We pulled in stayed for about 2 hours then left when they demanded we stay in a spot 10 feet to small for our trailer and park the vehicle around the corner. Plus the spot being so small forced my trailer to hang out into the main road creating a safety issue.
