Family fun year round. Note, this is a private RV campground and a membership is required. I was invited after purchasing my travel trailer. My wife and I did have to listen to their sales pitch but it was worth the stay. This place is huge so you can ride bicycles or golf carts to get around quicker or get plenty of steps in. 2 swimming pools and 2 spas/hot tubs. The pools are heated for year round use. They have a boat loading ramp for all your water toys. The fun keeps going with 18 holes of mini gulf, an arcade, areas for throwing horse shoes, basketball and pickleball courts. Pet friendly with 2 dog run areas. Now for the RV experience, they have hundreds of spaces. I think they told me 800 spaces. Not all spaces have 50 amp hookups. In fact the majority are 30 amp hookups so make sure to ask. Also, there is a store to buy food, ice, clothes, RV and auto supplies. If you don't feel like cooking a meal, they have a restaurant/bar. The menu is small but they have beer on tap! There are 2 cons in my opinion which is why I only gave 4 stars. First is that there is no cell phone reception here and the free WiFi is not great either. I was able to stream Netflix at night but other streaming apps would buffer. Second, there was a smell of sewage around and seemed to linger around most of the camp ground. All the campers advised us to use a water filter for the RV as the water is not the best and has lots of calcium. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend checking it out.

Just a Lovely Campground next to the Colorado River with Super Helpful and Friendly People and More Activities available than I would have expected!!

Additionally, when a wind storm was forecasted that would hamper my travel plans, they were super helpful in extending my stay!!

Bonus entertainment provided by the Wild Burros who apparently believe they own the place 😉💫. I'll definitely be back in the near future!!

Don't count on the tiki bar...often is closed! No food. Not serving. At crazy times. Like dinner. So just know ahead of time. No phone to see if open before wasting your time!

First time I came here I loved it. My mom bought a time share here and as part of the package she could add us. 2nd time we came we were downgraded, but we still enjoyed it here. This time we brought my grandson who is 2, we knew he would love the burros, accept now they have fenced them out and have security posted at the gate area to keep them out. Very disappointing! Went to the kids zone and they said they had no activities for younger children. While the adult pool was nice and warm, the children's isn't heated, so not child friendly. Now we were told we would have to pay because our membership is expired and there is no weekly rate. We were put into a trailer that was very small and all but 1 window had been paneled over. The Luke warm water wasn't enough to get fully wet before running out. It rained the last 2 days and unfortunately the drainage is in the center of the park so we had to wade through water to get to our door and park in the road because our car sank in the mud. I would be afraid to see where they put us next, so there won't be a next time.
