Racist Housekeeping. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, motel, or whatever this is. They accused me of having Meth from a previous stay that had nothing to do with me. This was like months ago when my family and I were homeless. After we had paid. We told them our situation. They allowed us to stay of course the only thing we didn't clean was the room. Instead of accusing my family of meth. Kick us out for a bad stay. Our rooms weren't clean at all. We admit that. They had my whole family on the banned list. Then a day or two later we found out that my name was the only thing on the list. Let me remind two elderly were with me. And I was the only youngest one. We even called and asked why. They said they did an investigation and that was it. Of course, they didn't tell us how many days or weeks that stuff had been there. They only said, "We can ban anyone we want to without reason." So, if y'all decide to go here. Check the room before you stay and if they refuse to double-check. Walk away. Everyone's stay is going to be different.
Everyone from management to staff was incredibly nice! Went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The pool and spa were excellent. The rooms and property are very clean. Great people!
Was easy to get a room but nasty!
I woke up with my arm deformed looking with bit marks. I assumed bed bugs but doesn’t itch so who knows.
Then the person put a wrong name down so I couldn’t get my deposit at first! Then after almost an hour they finely took my word for it because the photo copy of my ID disappeared. So I vanished from computer. 🤦♀️
I won’t ever go back especially from the bit marks. I’m paranoid about it.
I also had to change rooms because the first room the toilet wouldn’t flush it was clogged. But the second room seemed ok.
This hotel was a "you get what you pay for" type hotel. If you are going to be at the fairground, you probably wont find a better value combined with ease of access. The rooms are quite small but adequate. The breakfast is a bit lacking but again, this is not an expensive hotel, so you get what you paid for.
service was incredible! such a sweet guy and a cute weinner dog in the back! the room itself wasn’t terrible but not very clean, bed are comfy but some left over hair ties and opened lotion in our room.
