Nice and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful tall trees for shade in the summertime. Good access to roads and businesses. School bus service and city transit just out your front door. Walking paths and fishing within short distance. Golf course and fairgrounds block away for added bonus.
Wow, I just talked to.the rudest lady that worked there. I was asking about the dog chained to fence with no shelter. She needs to learn to talk to people. And get a new attitude. Go outside and see how long you can sit outside with no shelter! The Police were called and hopefully get the dog out of the guys hands. Address and name is on social media! Prayers dog is safe soon and inside where he belongs.
Before this new owner took over this place wasn't to bad but apparently the new owners just hate children. No pools, trampolines, TOYS outside in yards? Trying to tell people they're not allowed to hang blankets IN THEIR OWN HOMES? CONSTANTLY changing the lease and raising rent through out the pandemic. But yet there's cops here almost every day and they do nothing about those problems. Just parents trying to let their kids enjoy their summers. SAD
Good luck living here, one end of the park is cop central, the other end is not so bad, but get down to the other end, be expected to see the police often. You can figure out why...
Okay I'm going to add to my review after a few months of living here, I really like it. You management has came in the park has cleaned up. I'm not going to take back what I said earlier on the review in so far as the police presence. I must say that I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly this area has turned around. And I'm impressed.
I have a buddy that lives here and it's come a long way from how it used to be. I'd put a couple speed bumps in if I owned it as a couple vehicles go @ 25-30 mph down the road. There are quite a few children living there and I pray none of them get hurt.
