Awesome owner. The grounds keeper not so much. I've been waiting 2 months to get the spicket fixed at my site after telling him. He seems to be to busy with his small motorcycles and truck project to fix it. Plus the wifi starting Feb if you are past the showers around 6-8 you can expect numerous disconnects. This all started in Feb.

I'd avoid this place at all possible costs. Hopefully they get new owners again and turn it back into what it once was. Owners grandson drives (he's like 25) around the property drinking and driving through park in his utv.

Don't care what anything looks like. If the other places are booked there's a reason they have vacancies.... think about that.

Plenty of nicer places around, just might have to drive a little

We have had the privilege of staying here for nine months and it's been amazing. The owner's are great people. We got to know alot of people that were wonderful and will be life long friends. Would recommend this place to anybody. Going to miss everyone. Thank you again to the family that owns and runs the park.

I have been staying for over a month . The park is very quiet and very clean . The price is very affordable to stay at the park . They even have a shower house and washer and dryer free for the guest to use. And Mason who runs the the park is very nice . And he makes sure the park is clean from everything . That is why I'm give it 5 stars . I recommend this RV park to anyone

I am a travel nurse. I stayed here 3 months for an assignment at the local hospital working nights. Park is quiet and clean. I had little issues sleeping during daytime hours here. Offers bathhouse with heat for cooler months, free washer and dryer, full hook-ups, wifi, and pavilion for use. They do some Holiday decor and gatherings. Majority of the park is long term residence. Everyone keeps to themselves, but are friendly and helpful. I was gone a week in the cold the owner checked on my camper, text me he disconnected my hose, then my neighbor heat wrapped my hydrant when I was gone. The owners Mason and Nicole are very nice and helpful. Live in house on property. The only minor fall back is you have to do check or card but have to go up to the house to do so. I believe Nicole told me they are working towards being able to keep cards for future rents. Overall pleasurable and affordable stay.
