Pros and cons...I've been here 13 months,...and I feel the place can be better....I broke my foot on property taking out trash and no one seemed to be too concerned, but my dogs run out and Im handed rule paper, and I see dogs running everyday without leashes ....there has also been several thefts there .., it has a few good points, but with my experience hasn't been great.....and u can't throw trash away bc dumpsters fill up fast...needs to be emptied twice a week instead of once . U have a lot of campers, that's only common sense......needs lots of improvement..I gave it 2 stars bc of the few good people...and some campers need to be made to clean up their junky lots...they also turn water off without warning sometimes...I was also told there was wifi and cable ..couldn't use either...
Just a run down little community
**** I would like to edit my original post because I don't feel like I was being completely fair when I gave that review. I had a somewhat less than favorable experience with an INDIVIDUAL that resides there, and I feel that attitude was displayed in that review. For that I apologize. In All fairness, I myself would have no problem living there. It is in fact well maintained and clean. But I think the best quality of that park is the Pride in ownership that just stands out there.
I personally have lived in alot of different pay by week settings. I've lived here three weeks and no pest problems. No one has tried to sell me drugs or bum money only one guy a few doors down wanting to save my soul. All in all a life saver for me in my current position.
