It was such a great experience. We decided to camp at the last minute and they were so helpful. Everyone was SUPER friendly. We will definitely be back!

Not into leaving negative reviews unless they are deserving.

We arrived Friday afternoon to the campground and right off the bat the problems started. I had to drop down off the main road onto their driveway where the camper twisted quite severe just to get in and on the way out my box corner was rubbing hard on the bottom of the camper. Got all checked in and went to my site where 6” of cribbing was needed to level my rig on the downhill side which is ridiculous! I get set up, turn the heat on, and things were okay until my lights started flickering inside, the heat quit, and microwave wouldn’t power up. I figured I had power issues with the camper. I’m hooked to their 50 amp service. Long story short, and after much trouble shooting, a new inverter was installed. Still nothing was improving. I decided to test the main breaker, and to my surprise, 110 volts on a 220 service!😡 Switched to the 30 amp side and all was good 🤷🏻‍♂️. Was it my fault I did not check the supply first? Maybe, but I don’t believe so. Campers Haven seemed to think so and had zero concern of my experience. When I went down to the office to make them aware of what happened and that I spent a day troubleshooting the problem, they told me “You should of checked with us first.” They didn’t want to pay for the inverter that wasn’t needed, didn’t come to look at the issue with the service, offer a free night next season for our troubles, nothing! The owner hasn’t checked in with us (even though office staff said she would) or even apologize for the situation. Nothing! Zero cares! Oh and let me add they think sewage runs uphill as they are all on the high side of the sites!

We also had snotty remarks from the help that delivered their firewood to our site about the smoke coming from our campsite as we had a fire all weekend and they didn’t like the smoke!!! Even if their firewood is pine! lol.

We will not be back, I can tell you that, and my family on the other sites felt the exact same way!

At the start of reservations, the owners were very responsive and attentive, to even calling me on the phone with answers to my email questions. Upon arrival, there is a significant 'dip' at the opening of the driveway that we did scrape one of our stabilizer, and thankfully no damage. There are also a number of pot holes in the driveway, All of these minor issues should be able to be attended to without much difficulty. Our site was easy access, and we were able to level easily. We were in the middle, site was a pull through and large enough for our 'toad'. There were a lot of seasonal campers and it seems there are quite a number of golf carts. Garbage is picked up at your site daily, if needed. The store was well stocked. There were a number of activities planned for kids and families. We did leave the campground a couple of times to explore the area. We were able to have our pets (4 dogs), use our fence and a patio rug at our site, but there is not a dog park. If the entrance and driveway were improved and a dog park added, it would be a great family place to camp. There were other areas of the park that we did not use/visit so I cannot speak on them. Staff was attentive and friendly.

We have had the pleasure of camping here three times this past summer and have had an absolute blast each visit. From the staff to other seasonal site owners, everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. The activities offered have been great for all 3 of our kids. We are hoping to get a seasonal site next summer and can't wait to make more memories!!

We had the best time here! The staff is amazing, especially Mindy!! She always had a smile and was asking if our stay was ok. We took our grandkids and the camps activities and offerings kept them well entertained! The music nights were a lot of fun but we especially like DJ Leprechaun ! He really knows how to read a crowd.

Thank you so much for providing a lovely campground with amazing staff! We made awesome memories this past Labor Day weekend!
