About Campground

Buffalo Lodge Lake is a county park with picnic shelters, picnic tables, camping area and fishing pier. Also located at the park is a historical marker depicting the travels of early trader Francois-Antoine Larocque who passed through this area in 1805.

One of my favorite fishing spots. Sorry to say but not so good from shore this year.

Too hot to fish the banks of this lake currently (end of summer). Lots of weeds and algae growth.

Pier isn't out yet. Water level is low. Poor fishing from park/boat launch area

Nice little lake with good fishing and a good access. Lake tends to get a bad algae bloom and real weedy late season.
