Loved it! Only issue is the sound of traffic especially on the weekday carrying across the lake, too many jake brakes used.. The tent camping with lakeside views are the best love the hot, free showers and facilities in general. $7 wood that is excellent is also great!

Very nice campground with close access to water. You can even go bridge jumping off the train tracks, but be careful. There’s pipes in the water in some places

Room for your big RV, in a beautiful wooded area, a trail down to the water, clean bathrooms and showers (lots of warm water)! Great spot to relax and also bring the little ones, very safe, our kids loved riding their bikes around the paved loop. Dogs allowed, but always on a 6 foot leash near you. The park ranger will definitely stop by!

We stayed for a night in mid-June. The RV sites were really nice.

The mosquitoes were savage. It took about 20 minutes to locate our bug spray. In that time, were nearly carried away by the mosquitoes.

The showers and flush toilets were closed for some reason so we had to use portapoties. The water was also under a boil order.

Well for starters the dam Well went dry. We were told of this issue. But there was only water 5 miles away. And i am pulling a 40 foot camper and it's not all that easy to pick up and move. So on top that the mosquitoes were so so BAD that it was impossible to go outside for anything ! ! I was really puzzled why the park didn't do anything to control them. I had no where else to park. Now don't get me wrong the park is absolutely beautiful place but when i was there it just wasn't possible to do. I guess June was not a good time to go.
