Need a place to park your RV or Camper for the night or two. Located in Bartlett, IA next to the Missouri river. This lot has water, 50amp, 30 amp and a sewer hook up. There is a public boat ramp within walking distance to put your boat in. 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, Zoo, and the college world series.
Great place easy set up Bruno was very helpful, very spacious, peaceful, good fishing and friendly folks
We have been here for almost 2 months. The staff is very friendly. It just reopened back in August, and it is slowly getting put back together. There are a lot of spaces, and they do short-term and permanent rental. There is a boat landing for the Missouri River and a beach cove to go swimming in.
It's a con from day one . They have false advertising on price or they are price gouging the journeymen . Either way its not right .. they charged us $1200 . Thats double what they post . Check out balance comes out to 900 and when you bite the bullet to pay the outrageous balance it jumps to $1200 .. also demand a documentation of payment they charged everyone and than came around door to door saying people owed more demanding they pay or move. The utilities has a 100 deposit and 100 connection and than they have light company bill you who also charges another deposit fee. They have no shower house no wifi no laundry no clubhouse is under construction they fail to mention that as well. There are plenty of other places to rent I strongly suggest any of them over this one.. this is not how business should be ran . Extremely disappointed..
Small very friendly community. We take care if each other. Bartlett is promp on letting you know ahead of time on weather coming in. They are very flexible and yard lot space is huge!!! You have the Missouri River behind you which is gorgeous and great for walks. They are quick for response on issues. Easy access to i29 and major highways.
