Just about perfect, but 12 dollars for the shower seems a bit high.
Nice older campground for tent or camping trailer. We had a wonderful weekend family gathering with three 26ft trailers and trucks each taking one double wide spot. That's all three of the "GS-1" area. We did have to unhook to fit, but would have anyway. Plenty of lovely pine tree shade. Each spot has a table and cool lava rock fire ring. No running water. Pit toilets.
The air was great and cool the place was great to go camping on a long weekend but the restroom was just a little diffent from other place
Greer is gorgeous and the Benny Creek Campground is beautiful. Surrounded by majestic Ponderosa Pines and adjacent to the Benny Creek, I had a relaxing night of tent camping. The campgrounds are very well maintained. There are outhouse facilities.
Really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful area, and incredible views of the reservoir! Shared bathrooms were very nice, and the camp area was very well keep. Perfect camp to get away from the heart, fish and enjoy some hiking! Short walk to Benny Creek is well worth it for the incredible site!
