Located just 6 miles north of Marietta and 10 miles south of Ardmore Oklahoma corner I-35 Exit 21(Oswald Rd).
I had mechanical problems with my truck and they allowed me to park here while I got my truck fixed. Thank you
Best price in town. If you need a spot for the night or for the week it's not to shabby. Everyone here is pretty friendly but still respectful of your privacy. Pet and children friendly. Shower and laundry room on site.
It's a nice and quiet small out of the way park with good upkeep. Clean tidyed up.
Landlord allows violent dogs run around and one almost attacked our 3 year old. Doesn't do anything when he's been given complaints and allows known drug dealers to live here. Do not recommend, especially if you have young children like I do. Also, he says he has many different Wi-Fi's but literally not a single one works except maybe the one for the office but no one lives close enough to use it so it's basically worthless to all renters
Well at first i wasn't sure about this spot. Been here two years and it's had some bad company here and there. I do have to say that they are doing the best they can to get this park back in shape. The people are really nice here.
